Steve Wilson brings over 30 years of Social Housing leadership, with senior executive experience across Housing Associations, Local Authorities, ALMOs, and major PLC contractors.
He has led transformation programmes, improved compliance systems, and built high-performing teams within some of the UK’s most complex housing environments.
With an MSc in Construction Management, Steve brings extensive leadership experience from across the social housing sector. His track record includes serving as Regional Director for two FTSE-listed contractors, alongside multiple Director-level roles within Housing Associations, ALMOs, and Local Authorities. He has successfully led significant transformation and change management projects, and continues to advise executive & operational teams, and housing boards on policy, strategy, and performance — delivering outcomes that drive organisational resilience and long-term value
